The on-site restaurant, En, presents a sushi kaiseki course utilizing seasonal fish from the Seto Inland Sea. Meals are prepared with local ingredients, including vegetables and herbs sourced from nearby islands. Guests can enjoy a creative culinary experience complemented by a variety of drinks, including house-crafted herbal cocktails.
Art Experience
Roka serves as a gallery for emerging Japanese artists, with curated artworks displayed throughout the ryokan. Each of the eleven suites features a different artist's work, rotating every six months to maintain an engaging atmosphere. The hotel's approach fosters personal interactions between guests and the exhibited art, providing a deeper connection to contemporary Japanese culture.
