room noise limited gym
i was a bit disappointed by a couple of things. first, the noise from the adjacent rooms was quite noticeable (i could hear conversations). also, the gym was smaller than i expected, with limited equipment. a larger or better-equipped fitness area would add significant value. i found the current setup a little underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber.

I found the staff fabulous. All were happy and helpful. Customer service clearly matters here, as they work to make guests comfortable. I loved the rooftop pool. The jacuzzi and bar were great. The room was clean and spacious with two queen beds and a seating area.
The room could use more soundproofing from the hallway noise, though.
