I found the staff fabulous. All were happy and helpful. Customer service clearly matters here, as they work to make guests comfortable. I loved the rooftop pool. The jacuzzi and bar were great. The room was clean and spacious with two queen beds and a seating area.
The room could use more soundproofing from the hallway noise, though.

I found the staff very helpful . My room was quiet, and i didn't hear street noise. The location was central to restaurants and shops (i walked almost everywhere). I secured parking a block away, it was $20 for 24 hours.
The pressure in the shower was a little low. It took longer than expected to rinse soap.

The hotel is conveniently located with many stores and restaurants nearby. I could easily walk to many destinations. The beach is only a block away, allowing convenient access for beach activities and relaxation.

The rooftop pool offered a nice area for swimming and sunbathing (i used it every day). The gym had adequate equipment for a basic workout, including a treadmill and some free weights. There is a breakfast cafe next door.

The staff were always happy to help me with my requests. They gave good recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The service was always prompt and efficient (especially at the front desk).
