fantastic stay
clean room helpful staff convenient location reasonable price
The rooms were cleaned daily. I appreciated this. the staff were very helpful. the location worked very well. bar prices were reasonable. the pool area was quiet. I really liked that.
the room could use an update.

I found the pool area clean and well-kept. It offered a relaxing space. The staff was attentive and always available. The location proved ideal. Nearby restaurants and shops were within easy reach. I appreciated the immaculate conditions of my room each day.
The bathroom could use a refresh. The shower head showed minor signs of wear.

some issues during stay
broken shutter poor cleaning
the pool area was okay it had enough sunbeds available
the room needed updates the blackout shutter was broken so curtains were used instead these curtains did not block the light well also i noticed a glass panel on the door was cracked cleaning was also not up to standard one day the beds were not made

A Gem of a Stay
comfortable sunbeds amazing staff fresh towels perfect location
i found the pool and bar area very appealing it was also super clean and provided comfortable sun beds. the staff members are genuinely amazing and were always willing to assist with any request i had. i observed that fresh towels and bedding were provided every other day by efficient cleaners. the hotel's location is perfect with easy access to the town centre and the beach.
the blackout shutter in my room was broken it was temporarily replaced with curtains that did not fully block the light.
