The staff provided a LOT of info on the hotel. The receptionist welcomed me and allowed me to check in earlier. The habitat room had a beautiful view and it was clean.

The restaurant service was unorganised and slow they forgot part of our meal. They did not offer dessert and i had to chase them for service. The bed was UNCOMFORTABLE and it was hard to sleep.

the pool area was run-down, and the pool didn't look inviting. there was also a strong smell in the bathroom that i couldn't ignore, it felt a bit unclean. a large spider web was also on the desk.

Lunar restaurant had excellent food. i particularly loved the tofu and vegetable dish. The sauce on the hog slices was nice. our habitat room was good. every team member, from reception to housekeeping, delivered excellent service.

the music near the entrance was a little loud, but it didn't greatly affect my stay.

The Habitat room was well-appointed. I appreciated its spaciousness. Breakfast offered fresh fruit.. I also liked the muesli options available. It was a good start to the day.

I found the service at the restaurant lacking. Staff seemed to prioritize chatting amongst themselves over attending to guests. The pizzas were a letdown. They tasted like a supermarket budget brand, not what I expect at a restaurant, confusing menu.
