wonderful stay near the city
breakfast choices quiet location hotel equipment
i found the breakfast amazing. the buffet had many different choices. the location was quiet and very convenient for getting to the city centre, i loved it. the hotel equipment was quite good.
The bathroom design included a big step into the shower. The shower drained very slowly.

dirty bathroom street noise
The included parking was acceptable, made logistics easier.
The room was NOT as clean as I expected. I found hairs in the bathroom and dust on the furniture. the noise from the street was awful. I barely slept.

The newly renovated bathrooms were a treat. I found the bed very comfortable.. it ensured a restful sleep. On-site dining made the buffet breakfast convenient, especially with a view of the rose gardens. Free on-site parking was quite helpful.
I could hear occasional thudding sounds from somewhere.

The restaurant has nice views of the rose garden. Conveniently, it is near Parnell, the Museum, the Cathedral, and the harbour front. It offers easy access to multiple points of interest.

refurbished rooms are a delight
lovely room recent refurbishment free parking
the rooms were lovely after a recent refurbishment and the bathrooms were also great. our room faced the car park, but we didn't hear much noise from it. free parking at the hotel was a definite bonus. the staff was accommodating and very friendly.
i found the walls to be quite thin. i could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room. it was a little disruptive .

the check-in process was simple, and the staff were efficient and cute. the hotel offers free cot rental for families traveling with a baby, a helpful service. the staff was also very accommodating.

i found the hotel restaurant to be nice and clean with a great outlook from the dining area. the dinner i had at the hotel was delicious and satisfying. i noticed that coffee and tea are available at no cost for self-service.

the hotel's location offers easy access to the city and motorway. it is close to spark arena, very handy for concert-goers. i noted that it is within walking distance of the harbour and shops.

the breakfast buffet had a great variety plus really good coffee. updated facilities included the restaurant food and wifi. the hotel also had an updated tv.
The door into the room felt old. It made me a bit nervous.
