The club room I booked was spacious with all necessary amenities. The club access was a true highlight (a real hidden gem!). I found the hotel's location convenient for exploring the city center during the weekend. The warm indoor pool offered relaxation after long days.
I did notice some minor wear and tear on the room facilities. The tap made slight noises when opened.

the staff was lovely and helpful. the pool spa and gym facilities were great! rooms were lovely, as was the restaurant and bar. i will definitely be staying again!!!
The coffee at breakfast was not great. I would have preferred a higher quality option without an extra charge.

the junior king suite featured updated decor and provided huge towels. usb chargers were integrated into the wall on either side of the bed, which proved very convenient for charging devices.

The air conditioning was pretty useless. It barely cooled the room at all. I also found the breakfast buffet a little underwhelming. The selection was okay, I guess, but the quality wasn't anything special. I thought the coffee tasted like dishwater, it was that bad. A better cup of coffee really would improve my mornings.

the room was spacious. the bed were amazing. water pressure for shower and bath was great and i liked the hot temperature. all the staff were really friendly for room service
the automated wakeup calls i requested failed, they were a bit blase about it at the front desk.
