oh, the rooms. let me tell you, the 'comfort double room' wasn't exactly a comfort. the bathroom reminded me of stepping back into the 80s, with fixtures so dated i half expected to see avocado green tiling. breakfast staff seemed a bit preoccupied, more interested in clearing tables than, you know, actually serving anyone. i had to ask several times for coffee.

I found complimentary parking very convenient. The free bike hire was a fantastic perk. The staff aided in planning trips around the lake, i found this helpful, they provided detailed suggestions for exploring Verona too.
i noticed only two small tubes of bath products, insufficient for two showers. this was a minor inconvenience.
