the staff showed professionalism and warmth from arrival. They ensured every detail was perfect . The state-of-the-art gym had all the equipment needed.. cardio machines and free weights. The pool's tranquil environment allowed complete relaxation.

the hotel offered views of surrounding hills and a glimpse of the sea. It is located in a very quiet area. Virgin Beach is a twenty-minute drive. Mount Agung is also easily accessible.

mixed feelings about the stay
limited optionsisolated location
I found some issues . the restaurant's vegetarian options were really limited. It was hard to find something i liked. also, the location felt too isolated. not having easy access to transportation made exploring difficult. i felt stranded without a car or readily available shuttle service.
