i found the reception staff cute, helpful, and friendly, contributing to a generally relaxing atmosphere. breakfast offered a wide selection of choices each morning. my room was always clean and tidy, and i especially enjoyed the great view from my balcony. the hotel staff worked hard to maintain cleanliness throughout my stay.
i noticed the gym equipment could benefit from an update.

I spent several wonderful nights at this adults-only hotel. The rooms were immaculate. The location is convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions. I especially enjoyed the pool. It was clean and very inviting.
I noticed a few stairs at the entrance. It was slightly inconvenient with luggage.

This was my first time at this hotel. the staff were amazing. the room was cleaned every day to a high standard. the food was probably the best i've ever had at a holiday hotel. Amazing quality, good choice and cooked fresh while you wait.
Upon arriving i found no one available to help with luggage. this was challenging as there are quite a few steps from the hotel entrance to the lobby. Towing a 20kg suitcase was unpleasant after a 5+ hour flight. bell service became available on subsequent days though.

Everything felt so comfortable and clean. the staff offered a fantastic and cute service. branded drinks flowed freely. I especially enjoyed the extensive cocktail menu. There was so much to choose from, relaxing atmosphere
I am still awaiting a reply from the email. I sent to the hotel manager regarding the food. the hotel is grading rooms, and the better rooms cost more, which affects my travel budget.

Reception and restaurant employees seemed receptive to all guests every day. Rooms included sound insulation from the yumbo center (it was a major plus). Breakfast and dinner offered many choices. Dinner focused on German tastes, with lots of pork options.
I noticed quite a few steps from the hotel entrance to the lobby. Towing luggage wasn't very pleasant.
