The staff were helpful. They really showed pride in their work. the hotel's location was excellent, especially for finishing the camino. it was a short walk to the center and easy to find.
the room offered no view at all. it faced directly onto walls, enclosed feeling.

The hotel offered luggage storage. It was quite useful when i needed to store my bags. breakfast was available and a great option to set me up for the day.

poor soundproofingdated bathroom
The room was not soundproof at all. i could hear everything from the hallway, including people talking and doors slamming, this made it hard to relax. also the bathroom felt quite dated. The shower head sprayed water everywhere, except where it should. the price felt a bit high considering these issues.

I found the staff very helpful. rita at reception provided assistance with directions and bookings. the complimentary buffet breakfast was a lovely bonus. i also received an early check-in after a long overnight bus trip. That was a wonderful surprise.
The sound insulation was not great. I could hear some noise from other rooms.
