The room was very quiet. The bed was really comfy. I appreciated the bottled water provided. Towels were changed daily but this seemed unnecessary to me during my short stay.
The internet went down late in the evening. This meant no TV channels were available. It was too late to contact anyone about the issue.

My room was clean. A very comfortable bed was provided. Check-in was quite easy because Zoe helped me. I called the number on the door, and she looked quickly.
The entrance felt a little strange next to a nightclub, and the stairway felt unwelcoming at first.
