Acceptable stay, but some issues present
unattended reception faulty radiator
The staff were friendly and made helpful suggestions for local entertainment.
I arrived to find the reception unattended with no clear instructions. I had to search for someone in the bar to check in. The room's radiator did not function properly and made the room uncomfortably hot all night despite reporting the issue.

good size convenient restaurant great location
the room was a family room and it was a good size. shops and restaurants in town were convenient. the location was great for our short stay.
the windows were very old and offer LITTLE noise insulation.

helpful staff fabulous food
The Family Room was ideal. It was very clean and warm. Staff were helpful, going above and beyond. The hotel bar featured fabulous food. I highly recommend the Mac and cheese. Free parking was available, also close to Westport, Castlebar, and Achill.

The staff was friendly and the service was fantastic. I appreciated how helpful everyone was. I will recommend this to anyone I know. It was a great value stay thanks to the Rorys travel club offer.

The beautiful suite had two large windows overlooking a quiet street. the bathroom featured a walk-in shower with strong water pressure and provided ample towels. i appreciated the in-room coffee maker and selection of teas..
the television remote was missing a battery cover though i managed to use it anyway.

quiet morning quick assistance delicious meal prompt service
the hotel location allowed for quiet mornings. the staff assisted quickly with all my requests. the hotel restaurant provided delicious meals, especially the seafood. i found the bar service to be prompt and attentive.
the continental breakfast selection could use a bit more variety though it was adequate.

A Sweet Escape
wonderful staff underground parking spacious room
The bar staff were wonderful. Dennis seemed like an old friend. The underground car parking was useful, it kept my car safe. The room size was something I appreciated, it felt spacious. Breakfast included homemade granola and lovely pancakes. I left feeling content.
The room was too hot. The radiator wasn't working properly. I had to check out early. I feel it would have been nice to hear back from the manager regarding this issue.

Dinner at the hotel was very good, the prices felt fair. The risotto stood out. It was possibly the best I tasted. The continental breakfast offered homemade granola and delicious pancakes, which I savored.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the food was AMAZING!!! i found the prices to be very reasonable. the room was spacious and clean, which i really appreciated.
i found that the windows provided very little insulation. i could hear a lot of noise from the hallway during the night. this impacted my sleep quality.
