Wonderful stay!

large room excellent toiletries central location

The room was large by European standards. it was very clean. I liked the provided steam iron and the excellent toiletries. The hotel's location made it simple to walk to many fine restaurants and shops.

The plumbing in the bathroom seemed a bit dated.

cracked sink multiple follow-ups

the staff was helpful and the initiative to get a voucher for a free drink in exchange for skipping room cleaning was acceptable.

the bathroom needed updating , and i noticed a big crack in the sink. also , the promised beverages for skipping room service required multiple follow-ups for water bottles. i would not call this a true 4-star experience.

clean room coffee machine public transport low shower pressure small room noisy area

the room was clean, and the provided coffee machine was a nice touch. i also liked that the fridge was empty, so i could use it. the location allowed easy access to public transport,.

The shower pressure was not great. the room was a bit small. I would have liked more space to move around. the surrounding area was noisy at night, so i struggled to sleep well.
