I was very grateful for the upgrade to a lovely suite. It. the hotel provided complimentary treats and drinks near reception, it was a nice touch. the staff members were very cute and helpful, especially nacho at reception! the hotel's parking is located directly below, very convenient.

i noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture in my room. it could use some updating

The hotel location is good. It is near the cathedral and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly, offering great restaurant recommendations (one of THE best!). Parking is available under the hotel. I found a good spot.

The room furniture looked overused. It probably needs to be updated.

the breakfast had good bread and fresh egg dishes. super insulated windows kept street noise out. a multi-story car park sat right next to the hotel (so convenient!).

The hotel does not reserve spots at victoria parking. i waited over an hour to access the parking because it was full. the buffet seemed very poor for a four-star hotel. It lacked variety.
