The bus stop directly outside the hotel was very useful. The front desk staff, especially Vicente, was friendly and courteous. Breakfast offered a varied selection of foods and tasted good.
The bathroom sink blocked up often, quite inconvenient. The toiletries were of poor quality. I really didn't expect that from a hotel in this category. The toilet roll was also rough and not very usable.

The staff was helpful. They allowed an early check-in because rooms were available. I found them very accommodating! The gym was a standout feature. It was a pleasant surprise to have lemon, orange, and cucumber water in the lobby throughout the day.
The hotel has only stairs at the main entrance. There is no guidance to use the side entrance if one has heavy luggage.

The room was clean and quite big, equipped with a fridge and a safety deposit box. Mini sizes of shampoo, shower gel, and a comb were available in the bathroom, a very nice touch. I found the king-size bed large.

The hotel is in a great location. It is about five minutes walking distance from the train station and around 15 minutes by car from the famous Alhambra and the Nazaries Palaces. I liked the ease of access. It is very close to all attractions.

The front desk staff was very helpful. They allowed a late check-out by 30 minutes, which I appreciated. Underground parking was very generous, a real bonus! I found the location to be convenient, close to both the train station and local transportation. The elevator offered a really great view.
