The front desk staff was very helpful. They allowed a late check-out by 30 minutes, which I appreciated. Underground parking was very generous, a real bonus! I found the location to be convenient, close to both the train station and local transportation.

the bus stop was right outside the hotel. i found many places to eat around the hotel, also cafes. the staff were polite .
the hotel lacked a ramp, so carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult.
