the hotel enjoys a central location near main attractions. taxis conveniently stop at the street end. rooms included comfortable bedding, and the staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness. breakfast was satisfactory.
the photos on the hotel website did not accurately represent the allocated room. i booked this hotel based on those photos and reviews. it caused distress.

The location was perfect for seeing everything. We could easily walk to the main attractions.
the noise level was terrible. i could hear everything from the street below, and the walls seemed paper-thin, so sleep was difficult. i really expected better soundproofing.

the staff was professional at arrival. they explained the area and gave good recommendations.
the air conditioning did not work well. the bed felt hard. water from the shower spilled onto the bathroom floor, i found this very unhygienic.
