Excellent stay!
huge variety friendly staff excellent language
The breakfast included a huge variety of options. I especially liked the healthy choices. The staff demonstrated excellent language skills! They were also super great. I appreciated the sustainability efforts made throughout the hotel.
The area has many restaurants, but most accept only cash.

The gym features a sauna. The rooftop area is also a great amenity. Parking is convenient. It is easy to access with a taxi because the hotel is not near busy streets.

The hotel's location is near many restaurants and bars. Hamburg Bunker is opposite the hotel. The hotel is next to the Hamburg messe. I found the location convenient for my travel needs.

The breakfast was wonderful. The selection was very wide. While the hotel does not serve evening meals, there are many local restaurants for dinner and the staff is used to Uber-eats deliveries.

The room was facing a rather noisy street. Sleep was a challenge. i was also a bit miffed that the minibar wasn't stocked. it just seemed a bit bare, you know?

buffet selection friendly staff language skills road noise poor soundproofing unhappy experience
the breakfast buffet had a huge selection of healthy and vegan options which i found a welcome surprise. the staff were always super friendly professional and attentive. i noted their excellent language skills too.
i found the room wasn't very soundproofed and i couldn't sleep well because of road noise. for the hotel's range i was not very pleased. the room was very noisy
