Charmed by the stay

I found the staff at the bar and in the restaurant great. They were always cheerful and helpful. Our room was a great size and had comfortable armchairs too. It felt COSY and quiet with a feeling of privacy. This was nicer than the main hotel, i thought.

The beautiful room was beautiful with plenty of space, offering a very modern design and a separate entrance. A large bathroom included both a separate bath and a walk-in shower. There was also a twin sink with a heated towel rail.

The hotel features an excellent leisure centre. I saw it includes a swimming pool available . There is a restaurant where guests can dine. It is situated in the main building across the road from the little inn.

I enjoyed the location. It was great for exploring. the staff were friendly and helpful .
My room lacked heating, which i reported to reception. the issue wasn't resolved, and i had to stay in the room wearing a coat. It was very unpleasant, dirty topper

The location was perfect. It was very convenient. I had a suite with a mountain view, and it had its own private outside space. The shower was great, and the bed was very comfortable.
Our room could have used some refreshing. I noticed chipped paint on the walls in several places.
