The room was spacious. It had four single beds for our family. staff were really helpful. They always had a machine available. the hotel is a short walk to the main shopping district.
The hotel is old and requires remodeling. It does not match the nikko name. the room was dated. The location is far from everything if you do not take the train.

The hotel had a room for laundry with three machines. I always found a machine available . The foyer features a grand staircase. It was decorated with a Christmas theme . I loved it.
The room felt a bit dated. The location is convenient if you use the train, but it's farther from other attractions. It also made getting a taxi more difficult.
