Location is convenient. It's a short walk to Myeongdong and the closeness to several subway stations made getting around simple. The front office staff provided support when needed. The hotel gave great value, especially with proximity to restaurants and convenience stores.
The room temperature was set high. I could not adjust it and opening the window was the only option to cool the room.

The hotel feature a convenience store on the ground floor. That was very handy. The separate washing machines and dryers worked well. These offer different programs which is a definite plus.

The location was amazing! it was close to the subway and had a convenience store right in the lobby, super handy. housekeeping was very diligent. They always checked in and offered new towels and water, even when i didn't request cleaning! also, the reception was so helpful, arranged another room on the same floor when i extended my stay.
the room did feel a bit stuffy, because the air conditioning seemed to be set to a specific temperature. i had to ask the staff to adjust it to get the room cooler, a slight inconvenience though

The staff at the front desk was helpful, especially when i needed extra pillows. also, the housekeeping team was very attentive. They always made sure i had fresh towels and water, it was great. their service was prompt and efficient.

i found the location very good as it was near the subway. the room was clean and they changed the bedroom slippers every day. there was a convenient store on level 1, it was quite useful.
the lobby in the hotel feels small and it lacks enough chairs.
