the location was excellent. it is close to tourist attractions, and it is located in an area surrounded by local markets and restaurants. the reception staff are very respectful and helpful. the room is clean and the beds are comfortable.
i booked a premium couples room, and was hoping for a big room for the price i paid. the barroom is extra small. there is the bathtub and the toilets in the same room, but the mirror and the sink is in the corridor towards the room. the shower head slipped all the way to the bottom when i tried to wash my hair.

i really enjoyed my stay there. the staff were so attentive and kind. the location was really perfect, so close to everything. i felt really safe and secure during my entire stay.
the air conditioning was a little too strong sometimes.

the hotel provides free locker services. i needed to keep my luggage before check-in. i also needed it after checkout. this saved me the trouble of lugging my luggage around.

the location was convenient, providing easy access to many attractions. i appreciated the helpful staff who assisted with directions. using the laundry facilities was straightforward, a definite plus.
i noticed some issues with cleanliness in the room. there was hair in the bathtub upon arrival. the manager was not particularly helpful when i sought assistance with my luggage.

The location had many coffee shops and stores. I could walk to Ikseon-Dong, Bukchon, and Palaces. The room was spacious and clean! New towels arrived every day.
The hotel did not process check-in prior to 3 PM. Most hotels process it even if the room isn't ready! I had to store luggage in lockers, each fitting only one piece.

my room was pretty dirty. the carpet was stained and looked gross. housekeeping did not even wipe up spots from a bottle . the furniture was worn out, with everything falling apart..
