Convenient Stay Near the Station
train station quick staff smooth stay
The hotel's proximity to the train station was a major plus. I could easily access transportation for exploring the city.. This made traveling very efficient. The staff was also quick to respond to requests. The breakfast had nice variety of options.
I found that the room could have used better soundproofing. The noise from the trains was noticeable.

direct access useful laundry
location was superb for transport links. The access to the train station was direct. The hotel was clean. I slept well with the ear plugs provided, they REALLY worked. The coin laundry was very handy. It was all round useful.
the english was not great at the front desk. i needed to explain my request multiple times. It was frustrating.

friendly check-in limited space
the hotel lobby enjoys a location on the 19th floor so seeing staff felt rare. check-in was friendly and they gave me my room ahead of time. the room includes cleanliness but limited floor space.
the breakfast was acceptable, with eggs, toast, and fruit available. the coffee machine failed to work on one of the days i stayed at the hotel. i had to buy shower cap and amenities.

Mixed Experience Near Seoul Station
The covered walkway offered shelter on a rainy day. It made getting to and from the station easier.
The room was quite small. There was barely enough space to maneuver with luggage. This impacted the comfort considerably.
