what a place, blown away!

i was super impressed with this hotel's location. the staff were friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the breakfast, so fresh and good. i loved that it's right on the beach, offering choices to chill by the pool or on the sand.
The stairs could be a real pain for some people. there were no clear signs and i got lost a few times. also, i think the hotel could offer a shuttle service. Taxis got expensive.

the rooms include nice details and offer what you need! beds were comfortable. daily supply of water and toilet roll were left outside, even when i skipped room service

The hotel sits at the end of the beach, and it feels private! getting around without a scooter is tricky. This hotel is a bit far from everything. i liked being away from the crowds.

Underwhelming stay. Needs improvement.

the hotel was showing its age, i think. the pool tiles had green stuff on them, especially near the bar! our room also wasn't that clean, dust in the closets and stains on the floor. plus, there were chickens and a peacock roaming around! it wasn't very clean and they made a lot of noise, especially early in the morning.

The staff helped book a table at a local restaurant. This assistance helped overcome a language barrier. The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. The hotel includes authentic Thai wooden features. The hotel offers attention to detail. I felt very welcomed here. The location is perfect with direct access to the beach. The water is clear and warm.
I noticed some steep stairs around the hotel. This may be challenging with accessibility issues.

The breakfast offered many options, including constantly changing Thai dishes. A fresh omelet station prepared eggs per your request. Cappuccino was available at breakfast.

The hotel booked a scooter for me. This made getting around the island convenient. The staff were attentive and friendly. They promptly addressed all my needs. I really appreciated their willingness to help.

The hotel location is at the end of the beach. This gives it a private feel. A short walk along the beach leads to other restaurants and beach bars. It has beautiful views and calm surroundings.

I enjoyed the convenient scooter rental service offered. It made exploring the island quite easy. The breakfast was delicious. I found a lot of choices I loved (especially the fresh fruit).
The food was not authentic. It did not have the local flavors I wanted. The location was a bit distant from the main areas. I had to rely on transportation.

The staff was very courteous throughout my stay! Breakfast came daily, and the minibar items were complimentary once. Glassed water and coffee were replenished every day, too. The exotic vibe was immediately noticeable at the entrance. The grounds were immaculate. The complimentary breakfast menu offered many delicious choices, ordered a la carte. The options impressed me.
The food menu was limited. The hotel could provide a shuttle to nearby places. Transportation without a moped or taxi proved costly.

The gym needs some improvements. It gets VERY warm despite the air conditioning because it faces the sun all day. there was a group playing loud techno music at the pool bar during happy hour. (It was not enjoyable.)
