The room was clean and tidy. I was very happy about that.
I found some issues, however. Hot water took about twenty minutes to arrive in the shower. the fridge light kept flickering, a nuisance.

The communal kitchens lacked proper upkeep. I found the upstairs kitchen sink clogged with dirty water and used dishes. SG Hotel Group was notified. The microwave had old food residue. the windows were unacceptably dirty. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness.

i found everything worked just fine with simple instructions. it definitely met my expectations, so i would stay again. the location is so close to the town center, i liked that. there are shops and restaurants just across the road, very convenient!
The shower wasn't great. It just dribbled. i contacted the owner who provided a code to an alternative shower room though.

the studio five double room included a microwave, fridge, and kettle. dishes and cutlery were also provided, handy. the room had good soundproofing since the windows were well-fitted, keeping out street noise.

i liked the cooking facilities available and the inclusion of a kitchen. washing facilities were available which was really useful for my stay. there's also a fridge-freezer for storing groceries.

the hotel is in a good area, really close to the center of town. there is a shopping center directly opposite with various shops. parking spaces are located behind the building on the hotel, an added bonus.
