The staff were really friendly and kind i thought. our room was surrounded by plants. It was so pretty. i saw sloths during the walk to breakfast. the breakfast was great too!

The security felt a bit lacking to me. there were no guards at the entrance, and anyone could enter without identification. the main door of the room opened at night when we went, and nobody gave any explanations. I was a bit concerned.

Our room was a bungalow villa, very private and calm. The grounds were so immaculate. The restaurant features good service and music every night. Every staff had the pura vida spirit.

The entrance did not have guard. Guests can enter without identification.

the grounds are super luxurious and really well landscaped. i saw sloths and animals right on the hotel so that was neat. the rooms are gorgeous and the staff is friendly plus helpful.
