The bus stop in front of the hotel provided easy access to the city center. The staff were helpful.
The shower had only a curtain. Water leaked onto the floor after each shower. I had to use extra towels to soak it up.

Acceptable, but some issues need addressing
faulty air conditioningpoor soundproofing
The air conditioning in my Classic Double Room wasn't working properly. It struggled to cool the space, made sleeping difficult (especially during the warmer evenings). I also found the soundproofing inadequate. Street noise was audible throughout the night, disrupting my sleep. Staff offered a fan, though it did little to solve the underlying issue. These problems really detracted from what could have been a better stay.

the check-in process was quick and efficient. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. a bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel. i found several shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
the tv lacked some international channels.

the classic double room featured a comfortable bed. air conditioning kept the room at a pleasant temperature. the room was very clean upon my arrival and was thoroughly cleaned each day by the housekeeping staff.

breakfast included croissants, buns, cereal, and yogurt. there were options for coffee, tea, and juice (it was a typical italian sweet breakfast). the service was gentle. (i thought the coffee was really good).

the hotel offered air conditioning. the family room i stayed in had a fantastic balcony facing northern views. i enjoyed regional wine on the balcony in the evenings. the reception service was gentle.
