My room overlooked a busy street, and the noise was significant. Sirens from emergency vehicles occurred frequently. The hotel's refund policy did not provide much flexibility.

The apartment provided a fully equipped kitchen and a coffee machine. Dishwasher capsules were available, simplifying clean up. The provided mattress ensured a restful sleep experience. I found the cleanliness and maintenance of the room excellent.
The air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently, as it only reached 18C.

excellent stay at amazing location
immaculate roomspacious room
the room was immaculate and spacious the bed was the comfiest bed i have ever slept on. the location is perfect with a tram and metro stop just across the road. some of the main attractions are within walking distance i would highly recommend anyone travelling to stay here.

the hotel provided easy self access using a shared pin for the front door and the bedroom. the pre-check in app was very useful and easy to navigate i found this system efficient and secure.
