Retro Charm and Great Service

I found the location very convenient, near both the U.S. Embassy and local transit. The decor had a cool retro vibe, and the ambiance felt festive. I especially appreciated the staff opening the breakfast area early to accommodate my early departure. I also enjoyed the free mulled wine offered at reception (a nice touch!).
My room lacked an outside window, facing an indoor corridor instead, this affected privacy, and limited any potential views.

I really appreciated the mulled wine offered in the lobby. It was such a nice welcome. The breakfast had amazing options, it made my mornings great! The staff were always ready to help, offering prompt assistance. The location allowed me to easily walk to the Charles Bridge multiple times a day, amazing!
I found that the air conditioning could have been better. It took a bit to get the room temperature right.

Just Ok, Some Issues

My stay had some problems. The air conditioning didnt work, and it took a long time for hot water to appear in the shower. Shaving was hard because the bathroom mirror was placed too high and far from the sink. I was worried to book a meeting room when the receptionist told me the table there is very expensive.

The location was okay. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The bedroom was not adequately cleaned. I noticed hair on the linen. Black smudge marks were also present on the pillow and the curtains did NOT fully close. A lamp in the room had missing pieces. I found these hidden behind the coffee machine.

i thought the location was top. i could easily walk to many attractions. the breakfast buffet had fresh options daily, and i enjoyed trying different local dishes. the staff helped me with directions and recommendations.
my room was a little small. there was not enough space to comfortably unpack all my belongings.

I like how the hotel location is near the U.S. Embassy, it was convenient. Mass transit options are also very close. The hotel is modern. It had very comfortable decorations.
Our room did not look outside, it looked into an indoor corridor. I had no view at all from the window. The bathtub was not good. I almost fell when I was getting out.
