the receptionists were helpful. the security guards were professional and created a sense of safety around the clock.
the room had a tiny grass area with no chairs and no view.

the hotel room offered amazing city views from a high level. anas provided really good hospitality during check-in and check-out. his service made the process smooth and pleasant. the location allows easy access to attractions.
i found housekeeping standards to be unacceptable. pajamas placed on the bed were thrown into a shoe cabinet. it felt unhygienic and the staff offered no apology.
