i enjoyed my stay with a perfect sea view. the room was spacious, modern, and clean, the large balcony offered a ocean panorama. waking to wave sounds and having coffee there was bliss. anieza helped and assisted all time with every request.
the air conditioning was not working well one night. it required resetting every few hours, the communication of the problem was slow. this impacted sleep.

staff were warm, they ensured every need received attention. fabiana at the breakfast area gives lovely spirit to start day. pool restaurant staff provided amazing service, even with requests near closing.

i relished the carefully curated atmosphere at the super clean pool area (music was perfectly adjusted!). the breakfasts were a treat, with rich and flavorful options, setting a good tone for each day of my stay. i also found the staff warm. i definitely hope to return!
While the hotel offered amazing benefits, the distance to local attractions was significant. Needing a car to reach nearby points of interest limited spontaneity.

I really liked how friendly the staff were. They were always available to help. a nourishing fruit tray was a welcome treat upon my arrival. the meals were fresh and delicious, the view at the pool was lovely! i had a great experience.
the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, i had to sleep with the door open. my room was directly above the reception, so i heard cars often during the night! it was quite annoying though.
