Great Rooftop Experience

ocean view riverside view wonderful spa

The rooftop was amazing. The views of the ocean and riverside are great. There is a wonderful spa. The common swimming pool and spa are also well maintained. These get great sunshine.

The room was not accurately depicted online.

The location seemed ok. It is not too far from Hastings Street or the junction. The resort is at the top of a hill, so there is an uphill walk home from either direction.

quiet gym comfortable sofa private pool

the gym had facilities and was quiet. i found a large room with a comfortable sofa and a smart tv! there was also a large jacuzzi bath. the room reminded me of a private pool.

the location was excellent! though it was uphill on the way back.

the staff kept things nothing messy. i saw helpful hotel maintenance staff who always worked around the hotel. they ensured public spaces maintained a high standard.

a coffee shop sat in the complex. i enjoyed really good oat flat whites. it was beneficial to have barista coffee close, especially with a homemade breakfast.

modern interior excellent temperature

the location is excellent, near hastings street. modern interior design was used in the rooms. the temperature of the pool was excellent. i got extra towels when i asked (this was useful).

the room needs a mat around the sofa. there was a short supply of towels even when we asked for more. the condition of the room could only be described as average.

the main pool was always clean. i found it quiet and a great size. the resort has yoga and pilates studios (very convenient). there is an on-site café for early risers.

the location was good i found the facilities acceptable. the staff members were helpful and ready to assist. the pool was large a definite plus.

the room smelled musky it almost seemed like a nicotine smell. there was nowhere comfortable to sit just an old metal chair and chess piece stools. the bathroom was dark there was no adequate lighting in the shower.

i liked the pool. it was a wonderful big pool well looked after. the planting out was beautiful. the gardens WERE well kept. downstairs, i enjoyed the bonus coffee.

the facilities showed some signs of wear and tear. some updating is required.
