The food and the cocktails at the resort tasted fantastic. Our room was comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well! The room was super clean too.

The hotel felt a little old and rusty? The pipes were old too. It was not a very high tech or 'smart hotel. ' The water in the bathtub looked brown, and it took about three hours to fix it.

the private pool in the villa was cold when the sun was not out. waiting for a shuttle to and from our room was frustrating. more than once, a shuttle arrived just to pick up a hotel staff member, leaving the guests waiting even longer.
