The location is superb. The beach is right there, with excellent views. The room was clean and was made up daily when I requested it (this meant a lot). Staff members were very friendly and happy to help with any requests I had.

The hotel lacked phones in any of the rooms, so one had to walk to the reception desk for any assistance.

The location was amazing! the bar by the beach had beach access, and it was so convenient to step right onto the sand. I wish i could have taken it home. also the fire shows at night were nice.

The staff didn't seem to care much when we had questions. It seemed like they were more focused on other things. i felt a bit ignored.

This hotel is right in the center of the action. It's close to main attractions. there were numerous bars, restaurants and shops nearby, so i could walk around. the beach was also very close, it made everything so convenient.

the hotel has a big pool, i enjoyed swimming there, it looked simple at first at the reception. cleaning services were really good, with very comfortable beds. there were amazing plants and the territory around the living area was beautifully looked after.

The location was GREAT. I found the adult-only pool very appealing. The family pool also provided a separate area for those with children. I appreciated the convenience of having everything within WALKING distance of the busy market space.

The water pressure in the bathroom was low, and taking a shower became a little frustrating.

My room was close to the action. It was also very clean and quite big. I found a massive balcony which was nice to relax on. The staff were lovely.

The bass DJ played music very loudly until 2 am. Loud drunk people made sleeping difficult. The rooms did not have sound proofing, so sleep was impossible.

I found the staff to be very attentive. The location is excellent with convenient access to the beach and nearby shops. I especially enjoyed the pool bar. It was a definite highlight. The overall atmosphere provided a good balance of relaxation and activity.
