uncleared tablesoutdated equipment
i found the breakfast service slightly unorganized, sometimes tables remained uncleared for too long. it was often difficult to find someone to assist with drinks like coffee or tea. also, the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated and LIMITED. i feel more frequent updates to the machines would improve the overall experience.

poor soundproofingexcessively firm bed
I was somewhat disappointed by the soundproofing in my assigned room. i could clearly hear conversations and noise from the adjacent room, disrupting my rest. the bed was excessively firm. It did not facilitate comfortable sleep. these issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable experience, and i trust management will address them promptly, (maybe invest in some sound dampening materials?)

I stayed in a pool access room and i was charmed. the size of the room was very good. The beach access worked well. the large pool was amazing and easy to enjoy from my room. breakfast was excellent, with several tasty options.
the tv programming was basic.

The staff were friendly. They were ready to accommodate my needs. i found the reception staff helpful! at both locations, especially at breakfast, and they spoke english well.

the hotel is very well located, directly on the beach. the location is close to many shops! and restaurants. this made it easy to explore the area and find things to do.

The hotel has a mind-blowing pool. the gym had the essentials. this includes the exercise equipment needed for my workouts. there's also a rooftop bar with friendly staff. They make well-made cocktails.
