Finding the location was straightforward, and bus routes proved simple to navigate. staff members were eager to assist. i stayed in the 'secret bookcase xl' room, situated within the hotel's heart. It provided a tranquil and cozy atmosphere.. the theme was just adorable. it reminded me of an escape into another world, and the meticulous details showed so much love and care.
My only slight issue involved a faint odor in the hallway near the rooms. It was not pervasive, but it was noticeable during brief moments. this didn't affect my room itself or the overall quality of the stay.

Unique Stay in a Secret Bookcase!

I stayed in the Secret Bookcase XL room, and it was such a cool experience! The room had a window facing the corridor, definitely unique. The bed was comfy, but I agree with other guests that Europe needs improved pillows. The shared bathrooms were REALLY clean!
The lack of storage in the room was a slight issue. I wished I had some hooks for hanging clothes.

The staff were very helpful and polite, happily lifting suitcases and providing assistance, it made the arrival smoother. I could get a hairdryer when requested from the staff, this was super helpful for me. They answered all questions quickly and kindly, it was great!

The room had a shower and a sink. This was unexpected, so I was very happy. The room was clean, I slept very well and the size was good for a solo traveler. I noticed attention to the details in the room.

The hotel's Thai restaurant is worth a visit. The food quality is high and the service is good, I really liked it! Public transport is accessible. The tram stops close to the hotel. The hotel offers free wifi, so you can connect whenever you want.

This place was unique! the themed room decor was so cool. i appreciated that the hotel provides bike rentals to easily explore. the thai food was really excellent. the staff was also very kind. They pointed me toward some interesting spots.
The door was slightly difficult to lock. It needed a firm push and some key-fiddling to secure.
