I recently returned for another stay and it did not disappoint! the refurbishments modernized the entire hotel nicely. i found the two bathrooms helpful, especially with the free standing bath. This was a welcome addition for a family.
The restaurant food needed additional options. benoa and the hotel's street are full of restaurants. this small issue did not significantly detract from the overall experience, though.

Every single staff member was helpful and polite. They were attentive to all our needs. the staff helped me cross the road from the garden wing to the main hotel. they were always there when needed.

The rooms were clean and tidy daily. Housekeeping ensured we had fresh towels. the rooms offered ample space. The beach side family suite included two bedrooms. it also featured two bathrooms and a living room.

the hotel offers a new beach pool, a good treat , the ocean swimming area was particularly nice on high tide. the kids club was amazing and engaging for children, all the ladies there were awesome!
