impressed with service and detail
gorgeous building kind service happy memory
the buildings were gorgeous. the gardens also impressed me. the kindness i received was nice. the storytelling aspect created happy memories of my life. i felt gratitude for the special holiday they gave us.
the door staff seemed too focused on tourists. they didnt appear to notice guests. i found this distancing.

the tiffin box provided curries. these curries were the best i tasted outside of india. i found them exemplary, a definite highlight of the culinary offerings.

delicious food great decor
the tiffin room food was delicious i had the lunch set menu it was enjoyable decor was great i loved the hospitality from harpreet singh at the door he took some photos of us i was impressed with his knowledge
i found the in room dining quality inconsistent some dishes were good the chicken rice was flavorless it was the worst i have had

The historical tour, led by Mr Roslee, met my expectations. It proved informative.
The sun loungers looked dirty. Poolside service was minimal. Only one person staffed the bar. I expected more attentiveness given the cost.

extraordinary features history tour great humor
mr. nazir yusof showed extraordinary features during the history tour. i learned many extraordinary things. ling was an very nice maitre d. she has great sense of humor and amazing capacity to remember details.
i found slow response on emails a problem. i expected responses almost immediately. the service was not the same as my prior visit.

friendly doormen attentive service large taxi
the doormen offered friendly chats each morning i left and each evening i returned the staff provided attentive service during breakfast at tiffin room narendra and harpreet arranged a large taxi for us after drinks at the long bar i was allowed to take photos
the shower room design could use some improvements but it was a minor issue

the boutique shop is accessible after walking what seems like miles the hotel features a beautiful and well maintained garden i found the building holds old world charm on the surface
