infinity pool jungle views breakfast buffet remote location service delays additional amenities
I was so excited to check into this amazing place! the infinity pool was amazing and the views of the jungle were very nice. i especially loved the breakfast buffet. It had so many options, like live cooking stations and different cuisines! i went on the village bike tour and it was a nice experience.
The location was quite far from the airport. It took two and a half hours to get there. the customer service, while polite, didn't quite meet my expectations for a resort of this caliber. i encountered some delays when requesting additional amenities in my premier beautiful room bathtub daily resort activities.

adequate facilities , underwhelming service
high price underwhelming service
the pool area was acceptable.
customer service did not impress me , i did not feel it was worth the high price. the facilities seemed overhyped for the cost , and i expected better for what i paid per night. i found the level of service did not justify the expense.
