prime location easy access
The location is PRIME, only minutes from the train station!!! The room's decor included lovely little touches. Access using the pin code system was super easy. It's very handy. Communication before check-in was polite and helpful too!
The room faced the car park. I could hear the back door close sometimes.

squeaky bed frame attic walls
the shower was nice it had good pressure
room 5 was not great the bed frame made it hard to move around the slanted attic walls were an issue there were no wardrobes or drawers so i lived out of my suitcase

The room was super clean. The location was great, quiet and relaxing.
I had issues with storage space. The tiny room had no storage, not even a drawer. It was hard to keep things organized. We lived out of our suitcases. We also struggled with towels because there was nowhere to hang them.

lovely stay
fine decor quick communication best hotel
i appreciated the spotlessly clean and fine decor throughout the building. the bed was the comfiest i've ever slept in. communication was quick, a lovely bottle of fizz was left in the room, a nice touch. i travel for work a lot and this hotel is up there as the best i have stayed in.
the kettle and tray area was quite dusty, which i found a little off-putting.

communication was prompt and helpful via whatsapp, ensuring all our needs were met efficiently. the staff provided clear instructions and assistance, showing their commitment to guest satisfaction. i felt very well taken care of throughout my stay.
