An okay stay with SOME issues
poor room serviceextra charge
The room service setup was AWFUL. I needed to order via a QR code, but the link had no room service option. When I called the front desk, they couldn't help me. I even walked to the bar myself to order, and they still charged me extra!

The air conditioning worked well, much appreciated given the weather. The restaurant on site provided vegetarian options.
The front desk seemed understaffed. Check-in took an excessively long time. I waited in the lobby for more than 30 minutes despite there being only two other people ahead of me. (I was surprised by the slow service.)
