the location proved convenient to the city center. i found the pool and sauna facilities to be well kept and relaxing. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and local pastries.
the room i was initially assigned had a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, resulting in an uncomfortably warm environment. this was reported and eventually resolved, but it caused initial inconvenience.

the check-in process was confusing the staff did not explain things clearly. i was also surprised to find the air conditioning did not work in my room. it was quite warm. i was a bit disappointed by this

The breakfast had many choices, nice to see. We started our days well.
The pool was closed because someone had an accident. I booked this stay specifically to use the pool. That did not happen. I asked for some compensation. The hotel refused. That was disappointing.

the room was spacious and clean. the parking was right next door and there was direct access to the hotel. the breakfast selection was good and the cleaning team at the breakfast was very efficient (i liked the coffee).
our room was not ready when we arrived at check in so we had to wait for a while. we also did not have bathrobes in the room as it said so we just had to use towels to and from the pool. someone also entered our room in the morning while we were still sleeping.
