the breakfast had good options. The staff members WERE helpful. I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel.
the shower floor seemed slippery. There was chipped glass in my room, i also noticed sweaty plastic bedding. Air conditioning instructions seemed difficult to follow because they were in French.

the hotel features free parking and a swimming pool, this was a plus. the staff at the reception was very friendly, it surprised me. the location is alright, i managed to get everywhere without problems.
when i arrived, the receptionist girl did not look at me. she was dressed in a scruffy t-shirt and did not smile or acknowledge me. there wasnt a sink in the toilet, i had to walk into the bathroom to wash.

Convenient Stay with Good Amenities

The location next to the shopping center proved very convenient. Check-in was straightforward. I appreciated the refillable water bottle and accessible drinking water on the floor. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The shower floor was slippery. Air conditioning instructions were difficult to follow since no english translation was available. I had trouble understanding how to adjust the temperature effectively.

A Mixed Experience
slow check-inconstant noise
The check-in process was slow the receptionist seemed new and unsure. This resulted in constant noise throughout the night it made sleeping difficult. The television remote did not work I had to call maintenance to get it fixed, which took over an hour.
