disney visit made easy
free shuttle helpful staff
hotel provide free shuttle to disneyland. i rested in my room and went back to disney later. staffs were helpful and kind.
i find hairs on the floor after i check in. i told reception to call housekeeper but it took awhile.

convenient stay for disneyland trips
shuttle service wechat group complimentary drinks
i found a free shuttle service to disneyland, it helped a lot with transportation. the hotel staff used a wechat group to share updates about the shuttle and other important information, it was very helpful. the hotel had a fridge with complimentary drinks, and they even delivered free late-night porridge.
upon arrival, i noticed there was quite a bit of hair on the floor of my room. i did request housekeeping address it, but it took a while before anyone came.

the rooms offer good space and comfort, i found two sinks and a rainfall shower in the bathroom. beds are confortable. the hotel provides enough bottles drinking water.

the hotel includes a kid club, it is a great feature if you travel with children. the gym had 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes. there is a shuttle bus available for airport transfers at a long frequency.

the concierge was very helpful. staff members are friendly and efficient. a cleaning lady on the 9th floor left a note in my room written in english.
