I found some issues that affected my stay. The room thermostat was difficult to manage. I arranged for a blanket since the room was cold. This made things a little inconvenient. The duvet was very thin. It did not offer enough warmth during the night. I also noticed the room lacked basic amenities such as glasses for water or sugar for tea. This was disappointing, especially given the room was supposedly 'superior'.

the staff seemed very friendly. i found the bus transfer to the terminal efficient. the rooms was comfortable to me.
The toilet felt too high up. I am only 5'5" and my feet dangled. the tap seemed too close to the sink. the shower wasn't leveled properly and water pooled.

The room was super clean, and it had everything i needed for my short stay before a flight (i even had a coffee machine in my room!). The hotel's proximity to the airport is very convenient, especially with the shuttle service available.
The bathroom design seemed a little awkward. The tap was too close to the sink, and the shower drain was not very effective (water tended to pool).

i had a super clean room and it was a good size. the food was good , i really enjoyed it. i also found the staff to be very helpful and polite.
oh my god , the toilet was so high up. i am 5'5' and my feet were dangling. everything in the bathroom seemed really weirdly proportioned , it was badly designed. the shower floor wasn't level , it could not drain properly.

The shuttle service ran every 30 minutes. This was very useful for my early flight. My room had great blackout curtains and this really helped me sleep well.
The shower water pressure was slightly low.
