i found the hotel very modern. the location is very convenient for getting around. the room was clean and cozy i had a great breakfast. the staff at reception were very helpful and always had a smile.
the bathroom mirror isn't ideal for shaving since it's further from the sink i found that a little less convenient but not a big deal.

the room had a spacious layout with a comfortable king-sized bed i was pleased there were ample pillows and extra blankets readily available in the closet plus i had a tv with many channels.

the hotel is very close to oxford street making access to shopping very quick the area has great restaurants plus the hotel provides easy access to public transportation minimizing travel time.

housekeeping provided daily service to the room i found it very efficient they restocked amenities without request the front desk team was always quick to respond and assist with requests i needed.

the room size was nice, especially in the city. the bathroom was large. breakfast and coffee were superb. the hotel location is close to several restaurants and shopping. the air conditioning worked well.
the music from the courtyard played until quite late.

the breakfast had a superb coffee. the location was close to several restaurants. the size of the room (superior king room) was nice and large, especially in this area (i'm in the city).
music from the courtyard played until quite late. the bathroom tiles looked grotty. there was no door for the bathroom, which could disturb others (if they wake up earlier).
