The room was nicely sized and the bed was comfy.
The air conditioning was not cold enough, even after the staff supposedly unlocked it. A staff member insisted the AC was working when it was actually off, and the refrigerator broke down the following day. She insisted it was fine.

The location was FINE, with easy access to public transportation.
The room's air conditioning barely worked. It never got cool ENOUGH. I reported it, but the temperature remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. This made it hard to relax or sleep well.

The staff were amazing, they helped me find a room quickly at 9am. this allowed me to get some rest after an early flight. the room layout felt spacious. It was quiet. the comfortable bed was just perfect for a good night's sleep! the rainshower was amazing. the manager offered a complimentary slice of birthday cake.
