The location was acceptable.
The air conditioning broke, and I did not get a new room. They offered two loud fans as a replacement. It was not the same. They initially offered free parking as compensation. Eventually, after pushing, breakfast was covered, but the street noise made it hard to sleep with the window open.

The hotel location was excellent. It was very central to everything I needed. The room included a mini fridge and a little coffee and tea bar. My kids especially loved the pool. It provided a great way for them to unwind after a day of exploring.
The cleanliness was not satisfactory. I noticed dirty glasses in the room. I also noted the absence of a basic vanity set and disposable slippers. The room showed its age, quite visible, this disappointed me a little
