Just OK, Some Issues
missing view broken coffee machine
My stay had some problems. The promised city view from my Executive King Room Renovated never looked. I was on a low floor, so I mostly saw a wall. the in-room coffee machine did not work at all. I reported it, but no one came to fix it, so I skipped my morning coffee.

faulty thermostat loud ice machine
The shower thermostat in my room was faulty. The maintenance worker who inspected it claimed it was fine, needing temperature adjustment. The ice machine on the other side of the wall was too loud (especially at night).

convenient downtown stay
clean room helpful staff convenient location
I found the hotel very clean upon arrival. my room had a fridge and a kettle. the staff were very helpful. They even got the kids hot chocolate! it is a short walk from the main train station.
the music and street noise went on well past midnight. the noise comes from surrounding restaurants and the hotel's restaurant (my room was directly above it). the music starts up again before 7:00 when they open for breakfast.

average stay with noticeable flaws
useless fridge tv software
the hotel's location was acceptable for exploring the area.
the fridge in my room was completely useless, it did not work at all. staff came twice to address it, but there was no resolution (i had medication that needed to be kept cold). the tv's software was also frustrating because i couldn't cast to it or use hdmi inputs.

lovely stay in a renovated room
clean room great location friendly staff
The superior king room renovated was very clean and well kept. i found the amenities nice, especially shampoo, conditioner, body wash and liquid hand soap. the location is great for walking and entertainment. There are many walkable dining options. i am grateful that the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

the gym contains treadmills and stationary bikes, very good for an active workout. the pool area include loungers and a shaded section, great. water refill stations exist by the ice machine.
