a good city escape
perfect locationsuper clean atmospherewater pressure
the location was perfect, with shops and cafes only a short walk away. the hotel's entrance felt modern and cute. housekeeping kept everything super clean, and i was pleased with the room's quiet atmosphere (a welcome change from other city hotels).
the bathroom needed a few improvements, specifically the water pressure in the shower could have been better. i also noticed that one of the towels had a slight discoloration, it could have been washed better.

the breakfast offered a large variety of options, easy to find something i liked each morning. i noticed they had both hot and cold selections available, including fresh pastries. the dining area was always clean and well kept.

the staff were consistently attentive, offering help when needed and providing a sense of privacy, which i certainly appreciate. check-in was quick, and the employees were always available to address any queries. i found this level of service very valuable.

The hotel features a central location. I found the bathroom very clean. The beds allowed comfortable sleep throughout the night.
The hotel room had no fridge. I noticed no fan was available. The hotel provided no nibbles for families.

The hotel location was ideal for moving around the city. I found many shops and restaurants within walking distance, yet the hotel provided a quiet atmosphere for sleeping well. The check-out process took very little time , and I was able to store my bags securely until my late flight. I appreciated this convenience.
My room lacked a refrigerator , which would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks. I hope this can be addressed soon.
