the location was good.

i was told the room would be cleaned after 8 days, however i never read anything about this in the description. when i tried to contact the hotel via the app, i only received an automated message back. this was not helpful and quite frustrating, especially when needing assistance .

i appreciated the quiet location and the comfortable bed, the shower had good pressure. access to a coworking space was convenient. the strong internet connection allowed me to work easily. plug sockets were available on both sides of the bed.

the fire alarm activated twice , this was a little confusing because no staff were present. it would be better to have a human available onsite at all times though.

the accommodation was easy to find and the location suited me fine.

i found a few issues . the room was very small, and there was practically no space to put my luggage. i also couldn't find any storage for my clothes, and there was no way to hang my coat. the walls seemed thin too.

I found the location convenient for exploring local restaurants and bars. Access to the subway was easy. The room included helpful amenities. Complimentary water was a great touch. The availability of the gym helped me end my trip on a high note!!!

The shower design allowed water to spread across much of the bathroom floor, it created a small flood. I had to use extra towels to contain the water. This was a bit inconvenient.

The room was spacious and warm. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable. A kitchen with amenities made cooking easy. I appreciated the great location with many restaurants nearby.

The shower flooded much of the bathroom. I needed more towels to create a barrier. This was a real inconvenience.
